    Sabah al-Sabah said that "the broad participation in the conference activities gives it great importance and is a message from the international community to its commitment to the security and stability of Iraq and restore its health and its commitment to the reconstruction of liberated areas," noting that "the meetings of the main conference will be held on February 14 to review the support that will be submitted For development and investment projects in Iraq with the participation of more than 74 countries from financial and monetary institutions specialized. "
     
    Al-Sabah pointed out that "the convening of the main session of the Conference will be preceded by the establishment of a series of working meetings starting on Monday, the convening of a meeting dedicated to civil society institutions with the participation of more than 72 local, regional and international organizations," stressing that "tomorrow will also see the meeting of experts high The discussion will discuss the Iraq reconstruction plan with the participation of more than 75 countries and national, regional and international funding institutions. On February 13, it will be allocated to the private sector with the participation of 1850 parties, and the ministerial meeting of the International Alliance against Da'ash will be held on the same day with the participation of 75 countries and regional and international organizations.
     
    The Kuwaiti foreign minister stressed that "the convening of this meeting after proving the insistence of the international community to continue efforts to confront the organization calling for the terrorist and not enable terrorist groups to return to the practice of criminal activities in Iraq and continue to defeat and draining the sources of funding and work to address the reasons that contributed and contribute to Appearance ".
