The member of the committee, Kamel al-Zaidi, said that "these laws are all dependent on the completion of the quorum for parliamentary sessions to vote on it, and there are 20 vital laws and all of them are dependent on the completion of the quorum in the sessions to pass," noting that "among those laws budget and the law of provincial elections and the Court Federal and other important laws and that the political blocs deliberately break the quorum as long as these laws on the agenda.
