    BAGHDAD - The Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice announced on Monday that the names of those involved in the seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property of former regime members have been audited.

    Second: The persons listed in the text of the above law in the list that begins with the name (1 - Abd-Hamid Mahmoud Al-Khattab Al-Tikriti and ends on the name of 52- Khamis Sarhan Al-Mahmoud) in accordance with Article (1) thereof. Article (3) of this law provides for the seizure of movable and immovable property for: 1- The Governors 2- The rank of a member of a branch and above in the dissolved Baath party 3- Who was the rank of Dean in the security services The former regime (intelligence service, special security, military security, public security, and Saddam Fedayeen) has reached 4257 detainees.
