The Iranian intelligence has warned Islamabad of the danger of a militant organization on the borders of Pakistan and Afghanistan, the Pakistani newspaper The Express Tribune reported.
"A senior Iranian official told a delegation headed by Pakistani Attorney General Ishtar Ussaf that Iran has credible intelligence reports that the United States has transferred elements and their leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi to Afghanistan," the newspaper quoted sources as saying.
"The official said that the United States and Israel intend to turn Pakistan and Iran into Syria, Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan."
She explained that "a delegation led by Ishtar visited Iran at the invitation of the Iranian Attorney General Mohammed Jafar Montazeri, two weeks ago, to discuss several issues related to the judiciary in both countries."
"The Pakistani foreign minister has repeatedly questioned the presence of a supporter in Afghanistan, and Russia and Tajikistan have expressed concerns about the United States' support for Da'ish," the paper said.
The Ambassador of Tajikistan in Pakistan expressed his concern over the increased influence of "Dahesh" in Afghanistan, adding that his presence poses a significant threat to the safety and security of the region as a whole.
