Between political analyst Hafiz al-Bishara, on Wednesday, that Prime Minister Haider Abadi did not ally with others without the guarantee of obtaining the second mandate, stressing that all alliances do not have prominent candidates for the post of prime minister.
Al-Bishara said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the alliances that take place before the announcement of the results are based on the calculation of profits and losses for each party, where each of them has requests and everyone wishes to be prime minister but they are subject to some limitations and internal and external pressures on the post of prime minister" .
He added that "some blocs accept to compensate ministries of sovereignty or service with good budgets and some blocks seeking to be prime minister from within and other blocs waiting for what will happen from the change in order to impose its conditions and options."
"The whole scene is the preservation of the second term of the slaves, which represents an American demand, and hopes that the rest of the parties inside parliament will be silenced by making them heard in the parliament and a kind of moral presidency of a non-adamant figure like Hadi al-Amri or the figures in the alliance."
And that "Abadi did not ally with Sadr, but that included within him a green light to obtain the second mandate," noting that "Abadi if obtained such a reassurance, it will play a large role in persuading many of the blocks to the new nucleus to form the largest bloc," noting that "They do not intend to put the name of their alliance for the post of prime minister, which makes Abadi in the first place to get the second mandate, because if they were chosen, they will choose Abadi prime minister in return for concessions to their alliance.
