Ruling on unconstitutionality of one of the budget articles
17/7/2018 12:00 am [rtl] BAGHDAD / Al-Sabah The Federal Supreme Court on Monday ruled that one of the articles contained in the Budget Law for the current year is unconstitutional, indicating that the application of this article cost about 26 billion dinars. In a statement received by Al-Sabah, The Federal Supreme Court considered the lawsuit of the Council of Ministers to challenge the unconstitutionality of articles in the Federal Budget Law for the year 2018, and was one of the paragraphs of that appeal provides for the House of Representatives to allocate an amount to the High Commission for Human Rights expenses of up to 26 billion dinars.
