[rtl]The deputy for the bloc of Surson Sadiq al-Sulaiti, on Monday, the abolition of the exception of the rank of director general and above of the unified pension law.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Sulaiti said in a statement obtained by "Trend Press" a copy of it, Article 15 of the second law of the general budget provided that "the assignment of the rank of Director-General and above to retire an exception to the law of retirement unified after the entry into force of this law."[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Sulaiti said that this text contradicts the principle of equality in the terms of referral to retirement and is considered an illegal transgression of the law and contrary to the decision of the Federal Court.[/rtl]
