The parliamentary legal committee confirmed on Wednesday that all parliamentary legislation is binding on the government without any procrastination, pointing out that the government will apply the law of the American forces as binding on it if passed.
"The government is obliged to implement all parliamentary legislation, regardless of its position, as was done in the budget law of the current year," said Hussein al-Aqabi, a member of the committee.
Al-Aqabi added that "the law to remove US forces from Iraq is binding on the government if passed and can not be procrastinated by one party."
Al-Aqabi pointed out that "the House of Representatives does not have the authority to cancel international agreements in force only after the technical amendments by the government taking into account the remarks of the Parliament all." Ending / 25 d
