    Foreign Minister Mohammed Abdullah al-Hakim called on the Arab countries to support the efforts of the Iraqi government to rebuild the infrastructure of the liberated cities, stressing the importance of meeting the commitments made at the Kuwait conference for the reconstruction of Iraq.

    The minister expressed his concern over the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Yemen due to the continuation of military operations, stressing that all parties should sit at the table of political dialogue to form a unity government. He also expressed his support for international efforts to restore security and stability in Libya and adopt a political solution to meet the aspirations of the Libyan people. patriotism.
    Al-Hakim expressed Iraq's position on the rejection of foreign intervention in Syria in order to preserve its territorial integrity, the safety of its people, Arab and international initiatives calling for a political solution to the crisis and Iraq's support for Syria to regain its membership in the Arab League.
    Al-Hakim pointed to the importance of the outcome of the Fourth Arab Summit for Development held in Beirut and the importance of the principles that focus on establishing a common Arab economic market, supporting the establishment of a customs union, linking the Arab countries with railways and electricity grid. Public sector.
    Hakim stressed the need to activate the outcome of the Arab-European summit, describing it as very important for the development of mutual economic cooperation and investment in projects of mutual benefit.
    "Iraq calls on all Arab countries to work to reject and mobilize efforts to achieve the aspirations of our peoples for unity, security and stability," he concluded.
