    (Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Ministry of Justice announced that approval to grant employees of directorates of real estate registration in Baghdad and the provinces allocated a professional risk of 30% of nominal salary.
    The director general of the real estate registration department, Fadila Abdul Jabbar Mozan, said in a statement to the ministry that "these allocations came in accordance with the letter of Administrative and Financial Department No. 2224 on 12 May, and the provisions of Article 13 of the Public Sector Employees Law No. 22 of 2008". 
    "It was decided to amend the percentage of the rest of the legal / accounting allocations granted to employees of the Real Estate Registration Department in Baghdad and the provinces from 20% to 30% of the nominal salary, provided that these allocations are not combined with the occupational risk allocation." 
    She pointed out that "the approval included granting the engineers working in the Office of the Department of Real Estate Registration and its directorates in Baghdad and the provinces allocated a professional risk of 20%, to be implemented as of 1 May 2019."
