    Between member of the Labor and Social Affairs Fadhil al-Fatlawi, Monday, that the financial surplus for the budgets of previous years will reduce the fiscal deficit in the draft federal budget law for 2020 to less than 30 trillion dinars.
    Al-Fattalawi said in a statement that the "budget deficit of 2020, which the capacity of 72 trillion dinars received the adoption of the price of a barrel of $ 56," pointing out that "the budget next year will be less than $ 50 a barrel to avoid a rise in fiscal deficit."
    He added that "the current deficit rate is hypothetical and not absolute," noting that "the fiscal surplus of the budget of 2018 and 2019 will contribute to reduce the fiscal deficit by 2020 budget to less than 30 trillion Iraqi dinars."
    The parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, earlier, the existence of a large deficit in the budget of 2020 up to 72 trillion dinars, after a year described prosperity was a deficit of 27 trillion speculative compared to what is expected next year.
