Smesim reveals the piracy of the largest government bank and zeroing of “K-Card and Visa Card”

    September 24, 2019 - 20:25

Economist Salam Semsem revealed on Tuesday that a government bank has been subjected to a piracy operation that led to the zeroing of credit card accounts (K-cadre, Visa Card) for the salaries of retirees and employees.
"One of the largest Iraqi government banks has been subjected to an electronic hacking operation that led to the zeroing of the ki-card and visa card," Smesim said in a press statement.
She added that "so far no clarification has been issued by the government authorities responsible," adding that "the issue now touches each of the categories: retirees and employees domiciled salaries and deposits of the private sector."
