    A student of former House speaker Osama Al-nujaifi, said Sunday during the second Parliament session, postponing the vote on the speaker and his two deputies until the arrival of Kurdish MPs in Baghdad after canceling the trip because of bad weather, called the State of law Coalition to resolve the remaining candidates and delaying the Kurdistan Alliance candidate until the arrival of Kurdish deputies.

    A parliamentary source said in an interview with the (long press), "the former House speaker Osama Al-nujaifi dialer at a second House Thursday, postponing the vote on the candidates for the Presidency of the Parliament and his two deputies until the arrival of the Kurdistan Alliance deputies from Irbil after their departure to Baghdad, failed because of bad weather."
    The source, who asked not to be named, said "the State of law Coalition MP Hanan Fatlawi called on Tehran's request to vote on candidates for the rest of the blocks and delayed voting on a candidate until the arrival of the Kurdish Alliance Kurdish deputies."

    The Iraqi Parliament was to convene Sunday, (July 13, 2014), the 2nd meeting of the fourth session to choose a President and two Vice-Presidents with 233 seats, and without Congress, the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Islamic Union after not arriving in Baghdad because of the bad weather, while at the National Coalition's deputies boycotted the leadership Iyad Allawi.

    The Iraqi Parliament will continue on Sunday, the first meeting, which is supposed to elect a Presidium, in preparation for the election of the President and Prime Minister, after lifting them on July 1, 2014, for lack of agreement on candidates of the three presidencies.   TYVC

    if the speaker is given then they have 45days according to the iraqi constitution to name PM!

    To bad that 45 doesn't start from the 1st when they were suppose to name the speaker then.
