Former MP Kazem al-Sayadi expected, on Wednesday, the return of Nuri al-Maliki to the premiership, stressing that he is the best medium for the Iraqi state from chaos, randomness and terrorism to stability.
Al-Sayadi said in a televised interview with NRT Arabia, (November 3, 2021), that " Al-Maliki's candidacy will come for 3 reasons, namely controlling the rhythm of the Sadrist movement, the rhythm of the popular crowd, and controlling the international conflict between Iran and America," indicating that he is "a person prepared to rule."
He added, "Everyone has reached the fact that the ISIS case was a great conspiracy to end the era of al-Maliki's leadership, due to his access to the legal leadership of the state," noting that "it was he who eliminated terrorism and corruption."
Al-Sayadi stressed, "All political blocs have now recognized that al-Maliki is the best of those present during the past era, despite the fact that there are some things for privileges," explaining that "his presence was acceptable to Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds, with the exception of the Sairoon bloc."
And he indicated, "There have been personal differences between Al-Maliki and the Sadrist movement since ancient times, and the evidence for this is the corruption of (Basmayah Complex)", calling "the movement to keep personal differences away from the nation's interest because it comes above everything."
