[rtl]Basra / NINA / - The Basra Investment Commission granted today, Sunday, a license to establish a residential, commercial and service project with a value of more than 246 million dollars in the center of Basra Governorate.
The head of the commission, Alaa Abdul-Hussein, said in a statement: "The investment company will construct 39 residential towers on an area of 200 acres containing 2,223 apartments during a period of 72 months near the Shatt al-Basra.
