Al-Zamili told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "We support the security and military establishment in the matter of arming and equipping, but within the vision and strategy of the Ministries of Defense and Interior in formulating the next military policy, provided that it is not a random and scattered act, as happened in the past, after spending millions of dollars and not We touch any obvious equipment or armament."
He added, "During this period, we need to allocate funds in the budget and accounting if there is a defect in this matter."
