    Today, Wednesday, Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani received an invitation to visit the German capital, Berlin.
    The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement received by (Al-Oula News): “Prime Minister Mohamed Shiaa Al-Sudani received today the German National Security Adviser, Jens Plotner, and his accompanying delegation,” noting that “Plotner conveyed the greetings of the German leadership to the Sudanese, as it was conveyed to him.” An invitation from the German Chancellor to visit the capital, Berlin.
    Al-Sudani stressed, according to the statement, “the importance of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, and Iraq's desire to develop them in the fields of economy and energy,” calling for “German companies to invest in Iraq in various fields, in light of the investment environment provided by Iraq.”
    He praised "Germany's efforts and cooperation with Iraq within the international coalition in the war against ISIS terrorist gangs, and the continuation of this cooperation in the framework of advice and training."
    For his part, the German National Security Adviser expressed "his country's desire for more cooperation in various fields, foremost of which is energy and clean energy," stressing "the aspiration to consolidate relations with Iraq because of its geographical, civilizational and cultural weight." .”
