    And she added that the accused, in association with other employees, forged administrative orders to direct and place these people as a contract within (30) thousand job grades in exchange for receiving bribes from them, and during the process all the forged initials were seized along with the books of their validity.
    In a second operation in the directorate, the team monitored a waste of public money that was committed by committing violations and tampering with (24) rental contracts for real estate owned by the Directorate of Youth and Sports, explaining that they were leased during the years (2017-2022) for amounts that are not commensurate with the value and location of the property.
    The department noted the arrest of an employee of the South Gas Company. For committing fraud and charging an amount of (10,000) thousand dollars in return for issuing administrative orders for appointment and direct appointment, in addition to examination books for medical committees; To complete the appointment transactions for the company’s owners, to exploit the official books of his department, and to use the forms after distorting and forging them.
    In the General Commission for Taxes - Basra Branch, (4) commentators were seized in their possession of customs and real estate transactions that they are commenting without an agency or an official capacity, and two commentators were seized in the Zubair Tax Department; To follow up the transactions without having an official authorization to do so.

    The Federal Integrity Commission announced the largest inspection campaign carried out by the Commission's Investigation Directorate in Nineveh, indicating that it carried out (25) operations in a number of departments of the province, which resulted in the arrest of suspects, initials, exchange transactions, and medical devices that were not entered in storage.
    In a statement, which Mawazine News received a copy of, the Commission stated that the Commission’s Investigation Directorate in Nineveh carried out nearly 20 operations in the Accounts Department of the Nineveh Health Department and some of its affiliated hospitals, during which the original initials and all exchange transactions related to the purchase of various devices were seized. Because there is an exaggeration in some of them, and the seizure of medical devices that were not received by a hospital officially or entered in storage, and there are no priorities for these devices, and the control of the priorities of reviewing the contracts manager in a hospital in the governorate to pass the rehabilitation process.
    She noted that the team carried out an operation in the Oil Exploration Company - Seventh Seismic Division, where a copy of the initials of (RAU) equipment for oil exploration was seized, and (626) devices of the aforementioned type of French origin with damaged batteries, and some without batteries, the value of each device (1000) US dollars, while (200) cases of empty batteries that were supposed to contain batteries were seized, the value of one battery is (70) thousand dinars.
    And she explained that the directorate's team was able to arrest an employee in the Nineveh Tax Department / Al-Aysar; For his participation with another person in the crime of tax evasion by writing down incorrect information that the taxpayer submitted to the Nineveh Al-Yasar Tax Department about the real estate of his work, and one of the trackers in the department was caught in possession of an agency from the Mosul Notary Al-Sabahi, which turned out to be a general agency for lawyers and that he is not a lawyer.
    She added that four of the defendants working in the Cooperative Society for Housing in Tel Kaif district were arrested on the charge that the association plotted lands belonging to the Ministry of Finance in violation of the law and sold them to citizens without obtaining the original approvals from the concerned authorities. .
    In two separate operations in the Oil Products Distribution Company / Western Authority / Nineveh Branch, the origin of (75) transactions that received white oil were seized for bakeries and bakeries that were monitored by the Nineveh Inspection Division, which were closed and not operating during the field inspection visit in January. And in February, one of the commentators was arrested for commenting gas supply forms without an official agency or authorization.
    Fundamental arrest reports were organized and presented, along with the accused and the defendants, to the investigating judges, who decided to arrest some of the accused, conduct investigations in some cases in accordance with Article (340) of the Penal Code, and issue arrest warrants against other suspects.
