The Parliamentary Investment Committee revealed that amendments will be made to the National Investment Law.
Committee member Muhammad Al-Ziyadi said in a press interview seen by “Takadam” that “Iraq’s need for housing investment is not urgent, especially since there are a number of amendments that will occur in the investment law in the country.”
He added, "Iraq needs to invest in the agricultural structure, in both its animal and vegetable parts, as well as investment in the industrial sector, as these are sectors that really need development."
