Al-Rasheed announces the controls of a real estate purchase loan for employees and citizens

Today, Monday, Al-Rashid Bank announced the controls for a loan (150) million Iraqi dinars for employees and citizens.
A statement of the bank, received by the insider, stated that: “Based on the government program and the ministerial curriculum, the Director General of Al-Rasheed Bank, Muhammad Samir Abbas, directed the bank’s branches in Baghdad and the direct governorates to promote requests for loans to purchase housing units according to the following controls.”
1- The amount of the loan is (150) million Iraqi dinars for the purchase of (house / plot of land / apartment)
2- The interest rate is 4% annually
3- The loan period is (20) years
4- The loan is documented by mortgage of the property
5- Providing a guarantor (2) Non-partners (civilian or military employee)
and pointed out that "requests are promoted exclusively through the bank's branches."
