    Today, Wednesday, the Real Estate Bank of the Ministry of Finance announced the number of completed and disbursed transactions during the year 2021 within the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq (loans for the purchase of housing units).
    In a statement received by Al-Iqtisad News, the bank stated that it had completed the disbursement of 5702 loan transactions for the purchase of housing units within the investment housing complexes, while the number of transactions disbursed for the purpose of purchasing from outside the housing complex was 7871.
    The bank indicated to provide all necessary forms of support for residential investment projects through marketing for the initiative of the Central Bank subject to the investment law in all governorates, and the bank to conduct field visits to various supported projects in order to stand and follow up on the stages of completion of housing projects.
    The bank indicated the continuation of its vision aimed at providing various housing loans during the next phase, according to the plans and programs it has set for the current year 2022.
    The facilities of the real estate bank come within the national efforts aimed at reducing the severity of the housing crisis, in addition to enhancing the role of various investment projects and raising the level of the construction and housing sector while providing the best and quality services to all segments of Iraqi society.

    On Wednesday, the Real Estate Bank completed 14,000 loan transactions for the purchase of residential homes.

    And the Ministry of Finance stated in a statement that “People” received a copy of it (February 23, 2022), that “the real estate bank completed a number of transactions within the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq (loans for the purchase of housing units).”   
      
    The bank confirmed, "The completion of the disbursement of 5702 loan transactions for the purchase of housing units within the investment housing complexes, while the number of transactions disbursed for the purpose of purchasing from outside the housing complexes reached 7871."
