    Newspaper, The American New York Times published a report that included what it said was information about highly secret meetings held by Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah in preparation for a major war with Israel, saying that these meetings preceded the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation.

    The American newspaper reported that [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/43498/%D8%AD%D8%B2%D8%A8 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87/ar/]Hezbollah[/url] Secretary General [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/105606/%D8%AD%D8%B3%D9%86 %D9%86%D8%B5%D8%B1 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87/ar/]Hassan Nasrallah[/url] held a meeting last March with a group of elite and strategic figures from all armed fighting groups linked to Iran, and asked them to prepare for a wide-scale war with ““Israel.”



    The newspaper indicated that the meeting took place online for a full hour. The possibility of an Israeli ground invasion was mentioned.

    Nasrallah said that the war would represent a new era, according to what the newspaper quoted people from Iran and Syria who it claimed participated in the meeting.

    But the newspaper did not confirm that what Nasrallah spoke about in the meeting was the “Aqsa Flood” battle launched by the Palestinian resistance on October 7, specifically.

    But he added, "It is naive to believe that Tehran woke up on the morning of (October 7) and was surprised when it heard the news."

    Training in Syria and Lebanon
     
     The newspaper's sources claimed that the paratrooper pilots trained in Lebanon, while others trained in Syria to raid towns and kidnap "Israelis."

    An informed Iranian source told the newspaper that Hamas leaders detained the participants days before the attack and confiscated their phones, which helped with the surprise factor, and they told them only hours before that they were going to battle against the occupation at sea, air and land, according to its claims.
