Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Nermin Maarouf, confirmed that there is no problem in disbursing the salaries of the region’s employees, and they will be disbursed manually until the settlement procedures are resolved.
Representative Nermin Maarouf said, “The Ministry of Finance in the regional government sent the salary lists of the region’s employees to Baghdad.”
She added, "The Federal Ministry of Finance will send the amounts allocated for the salaries of employees in the region next week, and the Kurdistan Ministry of Finance will begin disbursing them at the end of the week, manually."
She indicated, "The resettlement procedures will be completed, but until these procedures are completed, Baghdad will continue to send salaries."
