On Wednesday, the representative of the Al-Sadiqoun parliamentary bloc, Rafiq Al-Salhi, renewed his rejection of the presence of any non-combat American forces for the purposes of training or arousal in Iraq, indicating that Parliament will not stand idly by in the face of the continuation of the American presence in Iraq.

Al-Salhi said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The presence of American forces for a longer period in Iraq constitutes a clear threat to the security and stability of the country.”
He added, "America was and still is an arm of the Zionist entity inside and outside Iraq," noting that "the American forces remaining inside Iraq is not welcome, and there are parliamentary movements for their final exit."
He explained that "targeting the Popular Mobilization Forces is part of the American plan to protect the Zionist entity."
The head of the Parliamentary Rights Bloc, Saud Al-Saadi, confirmed in a statement to Al-Maalouma that the resistance will continue to shed blood until the American occupation is eliminated.
Earlier today, the American command announced the targeting of two facilities belonging to the Popular Mobilization Forces, in the Jurf al-Nasr district, and the victim of the targeting, a group of martyrs and wounded, was a blatant attack on Iraqi sovereignty, amid complete silence from the government and parliament.
