Today, Friday, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs clarified the mechanism for following up on the recruitment and employment of foreign workers and monitoring violations.
The Ministry of Labor spokesman, Najm Al-Uqabi, said in a press interview: “The Ministry has formed a committee to follow up on the offices of companies licensed to recruit and employ foreign workers.”
Regarding violations, Al-Aqabi explained, “The Foreigners Department, in coordination with the Information Technology Department and through the Foreigners System, audits foreign workers brought in by licensed offices.”
