[rtl]Today, Wednesday, the Minister of Agriculture, Abbas Jabr Al-Maliki, directed the allocation of plots of agricultural land to full-time agriculturalists in all governorates.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Maliki said in a statement received by Al-Iqtisad News, “In implementation of what was stated in the government program curriculum and based on the text of Law 24 of 2013, we directed the responsible departments, including the Agricultural Lands Department, to allocate plots of agricultural land to full-time agriculturalists with an area of fifty dunams and in all governorates.”[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "This decision came to eliminate unemployment among the ranks of full-time agricultural workers, including veterinarians, agricultural engineers, and graduates of agricultural institutes, and to exploit their capabilities using modern mechanization in various aspects of agricultural activity."[/rtl]
[rtl]The minister concluded his statement by saying, "The campaign will start successively in all governorates," noting that "its start will be in Najaf Governorate, followed by Anbar Governorate."[/rtl]
