The Minister of Interior directs the opening of the last department for the issuance of the national card in Baghdad

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} Today, Monday, Minister of Interior Othman Al-Ghanmi directed the opening of the national card department in Al-Rasheed district, which with this achievement concludes the opening of the last department for issuing the national card in Baghdad.

Al-Ghanmi said in a statement that Al-Furat News received a copy of, that "the transition to electronic work in the Ministry of the Interior will have a positive impact on all the joints of the ministry."
The minister added, "We have directed the Civil Status, Passports and Residence Directorate to open the National Card Department in Al Rasheed district to provide the best services to citizens, and with this achievement, the opening of the last department for the issuance of the national card is concluded in Baghdad."
Al-Ghanmi thanked "those who supported and worked to accomplish this work," expressing his hope that "this directorate will open other departments in the rest of the governorates."
