    Iraq's Central Bank Governor invited the government to economic reform processes to maximize other resources

    Exactly, though he will be back IMO because he's best guy for the job, at this point it makes no difference for us whether Iraq stumbles over the finish line like a drunkard or sprints like an athlete ...  et deinceps sursum or in other words  onward and upward
