    {Basra:
    Euphrates news} as Vice Chairman of Basra and coalition candidate Ahmed
    Al-Sulaiti boundary with Kuwait's decision as "unjust", urging the
    Federal Government to review it through international institutions.

    He
    said Al-Sulaiti said {forat News} said Saturday that "the local
    government in Basra demanding the Federal Government to reconsider this
    decision because being involved was not good and solid and adopted on
    one party", saying the demarcation of the border by the United Nations
    former "occurs for the first time with her State sovereignty and was
    supposed to be a compromise between the two countries."

    "The
    decision took many of the rights of the Iraqi people against the land,
    farms, residential homes and piers, and the silence about this decision
    without an attempt by Government is misplaced."

    The number of
    citizens homes in Umm Qasr border area within the line of demarcation is
    planning to put the Kuwaiti Government and these people were asked to
    evacuate their homes two weeks ago.

    The UN Security Council
    issued resolution No. {833} in 1993 under which the demarcation of the
    boundary between Kuwait and Iraq, along about {216} km, the application
    of resolution partially under the former regime to carve out large areas
    of the territory of Iraq in terms of Safwan and Umm Qasr and included
    in the Kuwaiti territory. over m

    Yes ....and they were compensated very, very well!!! For almost 100 million per, they're not complaining!!! ;)
