The reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / said “The Iraqi delegation also includes undersecretaries of the ministries of oil – Finance- Electricity- Trade, industry and the national security, while the Russian delegation includes Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin and a number of deputy ministers and Russian officials.
