    Demanded the President, Fuad Masum, yesterday, the political forces make every effort to restore the legislative power to heal quickly under the dome of the parliament, believing at the same time that held its parliamentary during this critical stage is absolutely necessary to protect the political process. 
    Masum said in a speech broadcast on Iraqi screen yesterday, he said that " the country" is facing a political crisis that threatens to exacerbate could put the political process and the supreme national interest before thedangers and grave threats. " 
    He explained that" the constitutional responsibility and national duty does not allow to be left at liberty, which calls our call for all political forces, particularly of the legislature and the executive to unnecessary respond promptly to address it as a top priority no matter what so requires exceptional efforts and mutual concessions, to be poured into ensuring access successfully to peaceful solutions to the democratic and constitutional, enhance proceed with the reform and the fight against corruption, and in laying the necessary confidence to turn the page of quotas partisan and factional. " 
    He explained Masum said , "continue the dialogue between the political forces and intensification is to secure a concrete and urgent solutions to ensure overcome this crisis and go to work together to achieve the goals of the major current of our people, particularly the victory over terrorism." 
    he added , "With this in mind, we call on all political forces to make every effort for the return of thelegislative power to heal quickly under the dome of the parliament in a unified meeting to renew and enhance the tranquility and confidence of the people of legislative power , and the rest of the state institutions, and topromote respect and prestige of our country in front of brotherly and friendly peoples and the whole world. " 
    he stressed that he" can be expressed will of the people, and to achieve common goals and address theshortcomings and mistakes no matter how severe the differences in views and attitudes. " 
    the president of the republic that" the continuation of the Council of Representatives sessions without disrupting during this critical stage, absolutely necessary for the protection of the political process and confront the big challenges , "stressing that" the House of Representatives is the bedrock the political process and theactual engine to achieve the desired political reforms, and the issuance of laws needed to eradicate corruption and legislation, and to address the financial crisis, and the conduct of future elections in the constitutional schedule after amending the election law. " 
    He drew infallible in his invitation to the " General command of the armed forces, ministries and security institutions concerned in Baghdad and all the provinces to carry out its tasks assigned to defeat the terrorists and the extraordinary efforts to keep the state 's institutions and prevent infiltrators from the attack on theimmunity and the destruction of property. "
