The Iraqi oil marketing company SOMO, said Friday it will raise the official selling price of Basrah Light crude to Asia in shipments next month of July of $ 0.3 to a level below the US $ 1.10 average price of Oman and Dubai crude in the previous month.
According to a statement issued by the company seen by the (Journal), it "decided to Basrah heavy flying to Asia shipments of pricing in the same month rose to $ 5.60 below the average of Oman and Dubai."
He added, "It sets the official selling price of crude Basrah Light in July shipments to the Americas market price at $ 0.50 a barrel below the Argus index higher crude sulfur, unchanged from the previous month, while the price of Kirkuk crude to the United States fell to a bonus of $ 0.50 a barrel above the index.
