    " The agreement includes an explicit clause withdrawal of the Peshmerga forces from the liberated areas after the liberation of Mosul to their former places of which was its adherence before the start of editing operations, and this has been applied in a number of areas, while the areas that were located where the Peshmerga forces in the previous governments, which have been edit some of them began operations before (coming, Nineveh), it has not been any new agreement on them and are subject to constitutional provisions in determining its ownership. "


    The head of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani , confirmed on Wednesday that he "spoke clearly in his recent visit to Baghdad, the independence of the Kurdistan region, and we agree with the United States not to withdraw from the Kurdish areas."
