Call / Iraq Organization, the party announced Sunday, closely held party congress to elect a new secretary-general has to succeed Mr. Hashim al-Musawi, who died last month.
The MP said the party Mohammed Chihod in a statement / information /, "The Islamic Call / Party-Iraq Organization is preparing soon to hold a conference to elect a new secretary general of his successor to the late Mr. Hashem al-Moussawi," without revealing the names of candidates to succeed al-Moussawi.
He Chihod, that "the departure of Mr. al-Moussawi, a big loss for the party and the Islamic movement in Iraq form."
