The Council of Ministers discussed on Tuesday the allocation of 15 thousand functional degree to the Ministry of Health within the budget this year, while allocated 30 million dollars for the rehabilitation and rehabilitation of the dam Derbandikhan after being affected by the earthquake.
A statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office received a copy of the "Mawazine News" that "the Council of Ministers held its regular today under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider Abadi."

The statement pointed out that "the vote was taken to transfer the unallocated amount within the emergency loan of the World Bank for $ 30 million for the purpose of evaluating and rehabilitating the Derbandakhan dam and other dams as a result of the earthquake and voting on the signing of the loan agreement with the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development for KD 23.5 million for the establishment and equipping of schools" .
He added that "the Council voted to approve the recommendations of the meeting of the executive body of the water project of Basra, which is created under the decree Diwani No. 21 of 2018, and decided to vote on the controls of secondment employee to work in the private sector based on the provisions of Article 16 of the Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year / 2018.
The statement concluded that "an agreement was signed with Siemens to work in Iraq to improve the electricity sector, in addition to a similar agreement with the French Agency for Development, a government agency that provides banking facilities to countries within the guarantee of the French government."[/ltr]
