The cabinet headed by Haider al-Abadi held its regular session on Tuesday and issued a number of resolutions, including prioritizing appointments in the ministries of interior, defense and the anti-terrorism apparatus to relatives of the liberation martyrs from Daqash.
"The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, Haider Al-Abbadi. Public bodies have exceeded the period of their mandate ".
He added that "the Council voted on the draft law of ratification of the Convention on the exemption of holders of diplomatic passports and official service of the attribute of entry between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Serbia."
He pointed out that "the meeting also witnessed the vote on the instructions of the second amendment to the instructions of appointment on the grades resulting from the movement of owners No. 4 of 2018."
The cabinet decided, according to the statement, "to prioritize the appointments of the Ministries of Interior, Defense and the Anti-Terrorist Corps to the relatives of the martyrs of liberation from the da'wah."
He explained that "the Council voted on the subject of the amendment of the Council of Ministers No. 397 of 2017 on the draft law amending the Social Welfare Law No. 126 of 1980."
He pointed out that "the Council discussed in detail the agricultural plan and directed by the Ministry of Agriculture to add 1 million acres for the cultivation of wheat and barley in the agricultural plan for the winter season 2018-2019, taking into account the conservation of strategic reservoirs of water from the Ministry of Water Resources."
