Integrity: Al-Kaabi and Al-Rubaie were the first to disclose their financial liability for 2020

The Prevention Department at the Integrity Commission revealed, on Thursday, the names of the first officials who disclosed their financial liability, stating that the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Hassan Al-Kaabi and Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Bassem Al-Rubaie were the first to disclose their financial liability for the current year.
The authority said in a statement, which received / information / a copy of it, that it “received the financial disclosure form for the year 2020 for the first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives (Hassan Karim Al Kaabi) as well as the form for the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs (in the name of Abdul Zaman al-Rubaie), to be the first to disclose Their financial liabilities for the current year. ”
The Authority had disclosed at the end of last year the details of the first amendment to its effective law No. 30 of 2011, after the House of Representatives approved the amendment, in accordance with the provisions of the first clause of Article (61) and the third clause of Article (73) of the Constitution, as referred to Article (16 / First / B and c) from the amendment to requiring (the president, two vice presidents and members of the House of Representatives) and (the president and deputy prime ministers and ministers and their ranks), as well as others who occupy one of the official positions and positions as included in the article in its other paragraphs, to submit a statement of their receivables Finance.
