    [size=18]On Thursday, the Prevention Department at the Integrity Commission revealed the names of the first officials who disclosed their financial liability, stating that the First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament and the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs were the first to disclose their financial liability for the current year.


    The department indicated that it “received the financial disclosure form for the year 2020 for the first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives (Hassan Karim Al Kaabi) as well as the form for the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Dr. (Basem Abdel Zaman Al-Rubaie), to be the first to disclose their financial liability for this year.”






     
    The Integrity Commission had disclosed at the end of last year the details of the first amendment to its effective law No. 30 of 2011, after the House of Representatives approved the amendment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of Article (61) and Article III of Article (73) of the Constitution, as Article (16 / Firstly / b and c) from the amendment to obligating (the president, two vice presidents and members of the House of Representatives) and (the president and deputy prime ministers and ministers and their ranks), as well as others who occupy one of the official positions and positions as included in the article in its other paragraphs, to submit a declaration of Financial receivables.
