The Prevention Department at the Integrity Commission revealed, on Sunday, the disclosure of its financial liability to the President of the Federal Supreme Court, confirming that it had received its financial disclosure form for the year 2020. And the
department indicated, in a statement / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that it was " I have received the form to disclose the financial liability of the President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge (Medhat Al-Mahmoud) for the current year. "
The Authority had disclosed at the end of last year the details of the first amendment to its effective law No. 30 of 2011, after the House of Representatives approved the amendment, in accordance with the provisions of the first clause of Article (61) and the third clause of Article (73) of the Constitution, as referred to Article (16 / First / F) From the amendment to requiring both (the President and members of the Federal Supreme Court), as well as others who occupy one of the official positions and positions as included in the article in its other paragraphs, to submit a statement of their financial receivables.
