The House of Representatives adjourned its session until tomorrow, Tuesday, after concluding discussion of a group of draft laws.
A statement by the Council, received by Al-Maalouma, stated that the session witnessed the completion of “the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Air Transport Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Russian Federation,” in addition to the completion of “the first reading of the draft law on ratification of the Strategic Partnership Treaty between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the French Republic.” ".
Parliament completed “the report and discussion (second reading) of the draft law on the Republic of Iraq’s ratification of the Arab Convention to Prevent and Combat Human Cloning.”
The Council also completed “the report and discussion (second reading) of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the statute of the International Dates Council.”
The House of Representatives postponed voting on the draft law on the second amendment to the Personal Liability Insurance Law for Employees of State Departments and the Public Sector No. (47) of 1990. He also postponed "voting on the draft law creating Halabja Governorate in the Republic of Iraq."
Earlier today, the House of Representatives held its 15th session, headed by First Deputy Speaker Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, and in the presence of 181 deputies. Ended / 25 hours
