The court’s media said in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, “The Federal Supreme Court obligated both the Ministry of Communications and the Communications and Media Authority to block websites, Internet networks, social media, and electronic communication applications that include making and publishing sexual clips, insinuating sexual temptations that violate morals and ethics, and publishing degrading, indecent content.” For modesty, transgression against the Divine Essence, the sanctity of the Holy Books, the prophets, messengers, and religious symbols, and insulting and mocking religions and sects.”
She added, "As well as the promotion and dissemination of immorality, debauchery, prostitution, homosexuality, and exposure to others and insulting them, in its decision No. (325 and consolidated No. 331/Federal/2023) on 3/13/2024. The ruling decision included blocking other sites that contain abuse and assault on the morals and values of Iraqi society." Details contained in the ruling decision.”
