    [size=45]On Wednesday, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, chaired a meeting of the Ministerial Council for National Security, during which he discussed the management of the border between Iraq and Jordan, while issuing directives in this regard.[/size]
    [size=45]The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, said in a statement:[/size]
    [size=45]The Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, chaired, this evening, Wednesday, a meeting of the Ministerial Council for National Security, during which the latest developments in the security situation in Iraq were discussed, the topics on the agenda were discussed, and recommendations were made regarding them.[/size]
    [size=45]The attendees discussed the national contexts for transporting dangerous materials in Iraq, as a working group was formed that includes all competent authorities, at the security and technical levels, in this regard, as it falls within the national security strategy.[/size]
    [size=45]The meeting witnessed the discussion of the administration of the borders between the Republic of Iraq and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its directives were issued.[/size]
    [size=45]In another axis, the Council discussed the Ministry of Justice’s request to provide sonar devices to detect metals and explosives, according to specifications approved by the Ministry of Interior, as special measures were taken in this regard.[/size]
