Kuwait has received formal invitation to attend the opening ceremony of the Baghdad Arabic cultural capital events

Kuwait, Mohammed Hussein Bahr Al-Aloom, state information Minister for
Youth Affairs, Sheikh Salman Al-Hammud Al-Sabah, an official invitation
to attend the opening ceremony of the Baghdad Arabic capital of culture
events.
According to a statement by the Foreign Affairs received
(alakhbaaret) version of it: the Ambassador handed over the official
invitation from the Culture Minister Saadoun al-dulaimi to attend the
opening ceremony of the Baghdad Arabic cultural capital events and the
Minister's willingness to share the State of Kuwait to participate in
this cultural event.
