Deputy: Parliament's budget in 2016 and received 11 days in front of him for approval

Deputy for the coalition of Kurdish blocs and a member of the Economic Committee in the House of Representatives detect the arrival of the draft federal budget for the 2016 Law to the Presidency of the Council by the government.
A member of the Committee, Sabhan Suleiman, in a press statement on Tuesday that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives received a draft federal budget law but not delivered copies to the relevant committees yet."
He pointed Suleiman that "this week the House of Representatives to exercise their functions in their provinces," noting that "with the return of the House of Representatives to the capital, Baghdad, on Monday, the committee will receive a copy of the draft law," pointing out that "The Council will begin the procedures in approving the budget, so read the first and second readings and then vote on them."
He pointed out that "the length of time in front of the House of Representatives is until the end of October this month [ie, survival of 11 days], "noting that" the legislative recess of the Council will start on next November 1, "explaining that" in the event of a failure to approve the budget during this period, the Council and in accordance with the rules of procedure, will extend the Chapter Legislative for a month in order to complete the adoption of the federal budget law.
"The Federal Council of Ministers approved in its meeting on Sunday, the draft federal budget for fiscal year 2016 Act, and of 106 trillion dinars a deficit of more than 22 trillion dinars, on, average oil price of $ 45 and the export of 3.6 million barrels per day, as pointed out that the budget revenues will amount to more than 84 thousand trillion and 73 billion Dinar.

So if the budget is not completed in the next 11 days 1 Nov instead of going on recess, they will stay in session for an additional 30 days to agree and first and second reading and third reading/vote on the 2016 budget.
