    Central Bank warns Warka filtering if the non-payment of 200 billion dinars

    {Baghdad:
    Euphrates news} Iraqi Central Bank announced directed a warning to
    Warka filtering if the agreed payment deposit of {200} billion dinars.

    According
    to a statement of the information Office of the Central Bank received
    {Euphrates news} on Monday "The Central Bank stressed that payment
    period ending today, as mourning agreed at the eleventh month and
    reversed, the Bank will take the necessary action to filter ".

    The
    Central Bank called the Warka bank financial possibilities available
    for the Bank to resolve the problem since March last year and discuss
    the options of companyKPMGOf accounting and its representatives and
    provide the financial means available which demonstrate the ability of
    Warka Bank to solve the problem in a serious and decisive to be
    reinforced by official documents.

    The Central Bank decided in
    early March put his tutelage at Warka Bank due to the deterioration of
    the financial policy, Ward came to rescue him, according to the Central
    Bank.

    According to the Central Bank that article 59 of the law
    allow him develop trust banks and is a set of an interim administration
    for any bank when financial problems.

    With article 66 of the code
    of the Bank to the guardian after being appointed by the Central Bank
    could seek through the Central Bank at the request of the Minister of
    Finance's decision to rescue the Bank if it finds that there is a

    So it sounds like the situation is fixable. Hope Warka does the right thing with the CBI's help.
