1. Ali Allawi, minister of finance and planning.

4. Ali al - Jubouri and Minister of Education.
5. Akil Yusuf, Minister for Youth and Sports and culture.
6. Mohammed Nasrallah and Minister of justice.
7. Ala Dsher minister of electricity.
8. Yusuf al - Asadi as minister of transport and communications.
9. Hassan al - Janabi and the minister of agriculture and water resources.
10. Hoshyar General and Minister of reconstruction and housing, municipalities.
