Finance Committee decides to stop all banking and financial dealings with Iraqi Kurdistan

The parliamentary Finance Committee announced on Wednesday, the decisions against the Kurdistan region for holding the referendum contrary to the Constitution are:
First: Based on Article (59) and Article (138) of the Iraqi Constitution Kurdistan Constitution, the parliamentary finance decided to stop all banking and financial transactions with the region and the authorities in compliance with these decisions are all ministries and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the General Retirement Authority and border crossings and banks and customs.
Second: In order to maintain the reserve of the Central Bank, it is prohibited to sell the foreign currency to the banks in the region and its branches and to implement this decision as of the date of its approval (today)
