[rtl]The Ministry of the Interior opened the national card project in the Latifiyah district south of Baghdad .[/rtl]
[rtl]According to a statement issued by the Interior Ministry, "Trend Press" obtained a copy of it, that in the presence of the Director General of Civil Status, Passport and Residence Maj. Gen. Mahdi al-Waeli and a number of members of the House of Representatives and the mayor of Mahmudiyah and a number of elders and dignitaries of the region, Directorate of the affairs of Baghdad / Karkh / which will begin issuing the national card for citizens registered in the Department of the cases referred to.[/rtl]
