BAGHDAD / ... MP Sadiq al-Sulaiti, on Monday, to cancel the exclusion of staff at the rank of director general and above of the unified pension law.
Al-Sulaiti said in a statement that "Article 15 of the General Budget Law stipulates that" the assignment of the employee to the rank of Director General and above to retire an exception to the unified pension law after the entry into force of this law. "
Al-Sulaiti said that "this text contradicts the principle of equality in the terms of referral to retirement and is considered an unjustified transgression of the law and contrary to the decision of the Federal Court." Finished
