The Committee on Agriculture and Water Parliamentary, on Wednesday, accused the federal government after paying the dues of farmers.
"The Iraqi government and the Ministry of Finance should expedite the payment of farmers' dues as soon as possible without delay because the dues of the farmers are long overdue and this is contrary to what the Iraqi government has announced," Mansour al-Baiji said in a statement received by the Euphrates News.
